The Faculty of Sciences has six departments namely; the Department of Computer Science, the Department of Environmental Sciences, the Department of Mathematics, the Department of Biology, the Department of Chemistry and the Department of Physics.

An applicant for undergraduate admission into NOUN is normally expected to have a minimum of 5 O-level credits including English Language and Mathematics.   1. please can I apply for Library science upgrade as an HND holder to a Blis program in your school with a pass in Mathematics but other subjects are credit levels.

    • Hi Samuel, candidates intending to enter the B.NSc Nursing Programme must satisfy the University admission requirements as follows:

      Academic Certification: At least five (5) credit passes at not more than two sittings at the Senior Secondary School Certificate (WASCE/SSCE/NECO) examinations in the following subjects:

    • English Language
    • Mathematics
    • Biology or Health Science
    • Chemistry
    • Physics
    • In addition to (1) above, Applicants must Present:

    • Registered Nurse Certificates of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
    • A valid practice license issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
    • Six months working experience, and letter of attestation from current place of clinical practice for registration.
    • Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
